A celebration of two of our favourite institutes presented elegantly in our statement blue brushstroke hatbox (the perfect keepsake), our tea and truffles curation includes Royal Crown Derby/Maham Anjum fine bone china cups & saucers, a delicious box of six handmade Tickton truffles and a bag of York emporium English breakfast tea.

All of our truffles are freshly made with no additives and are best devoured within a week of receiving. Allergens include milk, nuts and sulphites. Please note that because all of our food items are handmade for you by our chefs we do ask for 48hours notice after placing your order for dispatch.

The term ‘Tickton Grange’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to Tickton Grange Ltd whose registered office is Tickton, Beverley, East Yorkshire HU17 9SH. Our company registration number is 01483689 and we are registered in England. Our VAT number is 347729814. The term ‘you’ refers to the user and viewer of our website.
Ordering, Delivery & Collection
At Tickton Curates we are committed to ensuring that your gorgeous gifts and treats are delivered in perfect condition. Due to the fresh nature and availability of some of our products some delivery dates may be restricted.
Handmade items from our kitchens may be made specifically for your order. These items are usually shipped 48 hours after your order is successfully processed; for gifts and tableware we aim to ship the next working day after receiving your order (excluding holidays and weekends). We will notify you once your parcel is on its way.

We make every effort to ensure our gifts and tableware products are in stock. In the event of us not having your chosen product we will call or email you and offer either a refund or a later delivery date if possible.
Collection
Orders received by 12pm will be ready for collection the day after next, e.g. complete checkout at 11.30am on Monday your order will be ready for collection on Wednesday. Please contact the hotel info@ticktongrange.co.uk or by phone 01964 543666 to arrange a suitable collection time. If you are unable to make the collection time please let us know. We are available for collection daily between 8am and 6pm.
Delivery
Delivery will either be with Royal Mail or courier service with DPD. Due to weight and size restrictions only DPD may be available. Royal Mail First Class postage will cost £2.95 or £5.95 or for tracked next day £7.95. DPD £9.50.
Orders sent via Royal Mail First Class are not tracked. This service usually reaches you within a few days of despatch, however as this is not a tracked service please allow up to 7 working days.
Orders sent via DPD have full tracking information including a one hour delivery slot. This is sent to you via email and/or text once the order is fulfilled by us. Please provide a phone number on your order as the courier may need to contact you.
Please note we are only able to ship items within the UK (Highlands and Islands included).
Changing your order
If you need to change your order please contact us as soon as possible after you have placed it (info@ticktongrange.co.uk 01964 543666). We aim to ship your order as soon as possible so we cannot guarantee your changes will be made.
General
Very rarely, due to circumstances beyond our control or during very busy periods, there may be a delay in shipping your order. We will endeavour to inform you of this when you place your order.
Please note: Tickton Curates cannot be held responsible for failed or late deliveries. For courier deliveries if there is nobody present to receive your delivery a card will be left with redelivery or pick up options. All items leave us in perfect condition. Tickton Grange does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online. We can accept orders over the phone (01964 543666).

Product Information
We have made every effort to describe and display as accurately as possible the products that appear on our website. However, your products may vary from those images, especially those products which are handcrafted.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to receipt of your despatch confirmation.
Placing a product on our website is an invitation to accept offers for each product, it is not an offer to sell at the listed price nor is it binding on us. Your offer is only accepted when you receive dispatch confirmation from us.
If a product you have ordered is listed at an incorrect price due to an error on our part we will notify you of the error and either refund you for any overcharged amount or, if we have undercharged you, we will seek the outstanding balance. We will not despatch the product to you until the correction has been made.
Faulty Products
If we have made a mistake, or you receive products that are faulty, damaged or unfit for purpose, please return them to us by post: Tickton Grange, Tickton, Beverley, East Yorkshire HU17 9SH. We will examine the items to determine any fault and will refund the price of the product and delivery charges if any item is incorrect, defective or damaged.
Refunds
All refunds will be made using the original payment method. Please note that it can take between 5 and 7 working days for the funds to show back in your account. This time is dictated by your bank and beyond our control.
Our liability to you
If we fail to comply with these terms and conditions we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result, but we are not responsible for anything that is not foreseeable. We only supply products for domestic or private use.
Events beyond our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any obligation to you which is caused by an event beyond our control.
Statutory Rights
Nothing within these terms and conditions will affect your statutory legal rights.
